SSRMAX plays both AVI and MPEG (only two I've tried)
BMDX will only play AVI files, as with most of the other sims.

Put this in your .bms file (Open with Notepad) of the song you want to add video to.

#videofile bd.avi <--Name of song (replace bd.avi)
#VIDEOf/s 25 <-- Frames per second of the video file (usually 29.97 or 30, check what the video was encoded in)
#VIDEOCOLORS 24 <-- how many bits or whatever for color... just leave this alone unless you know what you're doing
#videodly 500 <-- Delay in milliseconds? if the video's off try moving the delay.

Then just put the video in the same folder as the song.
